The free mobile eKiosk application enables you to easily identify yourself to the eKiosk of the registered municipalities. The authentication of the requestor, whether civilian or professional, is carried out with the help of the CSAM system provided by the FPS Policy and Support - DG Digital Transformation that enables access via itsme, amongst other things. It is a simple authentication method, highly-secured and already widely used by banks and administrations such as Tax-on-web.
Once authenticated, you can carry out administrative procedures completely securely to order and receive the various proposed documents.
Depending on the type of request and the municipality:
- The document is directly downloadable, and you can print 10 types of documents at home from the National Register (certificate of household composition, certificate of residence, birth certificate, certificate of nationality. etc.)
- The document is available for download after processing by the municipality;
- The document is withdrawn from an express kiosk or at the reception of the municipality;
- The document is sent by post;
It is also possible to request a document relative to a third-party (e.g. death certificate) if the municipality allows it.
